National Test Scores
That the top three destinations for CCHS graduates are UGA, Georgia Tech, and KSU?
The SAT test is given to seniors and the chart illustrates the superior scores that CCHS students are achieving. This year, the class achieved the highest average SAT scores ever: 1801!
Important: A large part of the academic success of our students is our teachers. The schools provide an excellent environment for teachers which has resulted in high morale and exceptional retention. The average teaching experience of our faculty is 14.1 years.
CCHS Average for top 25% = 2020

CCHS Average for all students is 1801
The College Board provided the following statistic drawn from all SAT takers in the nation:
“Among the high school class of 2012, 43 percent of all SAT takers met the SAT College & Career Readiness Benchmark. This percentage is consistent with that of the class of 2011, which also met the benchmark at a rate of 43 percent. The SAT Benchmark score of 1550 indicates a 65 percent likelihood of achieving a B- average or higher during the first year of study at a four-year college.”
Compare the national benchmark of 43% readiness with the fact that 92% of our 2013 Cherokee Christian High School graduates exceeded the benchmark score!
High School AP Scores
