Our Enrollment Process

Cherokee Christian Schools accepts new student applications throughout the year. However, CCS administration reviews all new applications for the following school year in January.

We encourage parents to apply early to ensure available seating for your child.

Application Steps

Submit New Student Application

Go online and complete our New Student Application. Included with the application are links to reference forms which you can share with those providing the recommendations:

Submit $350 Registration Fee

The registration fee is non-refundable except in the following instances: the family moves out of the area, space is no longer available, financial aid is not available (if needed), or the student is not accepted. Payment can be made by check or by credit card. Credit card payments can be made online here.

Forward Additional Records

To complete the initial application process, we will also need:

  • Report cards for the previous two years
  • Previous standardized test results
  • Special test/evaluation results for learning differences
  • Home School Transcript (9th-12th only)

Complete Student Assessment

Students will be tested to evaluate their ability to satisfy the academic demands of CCS.

Attend Parent Partnership Meeting

This small group meeting will cover foundational topics and practical approaches that are intended to fortify the partnership between CCS and families.

Attend Student - Principal Meeting

(Secondary School Only)

This is an opportunity for the Principal to set expectations and for the student to ask questions about student life in their grade level of our school.

Receive Notification of Acceptance

We will notify you promptly (via letter or email) once the steps above have been completed. If the class is already filled, you will be given an opportunity to join the waiting list.

CCS Admission Policy: Since all people are created in the image of God, Cherokee Christian Schools admit students of any race, color, or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of color, race, national ethnic origin in administration or its educational and admission policies. However, students must meet academic, moral, and personal standards as deemed appropriate by the school.
