Mark Myers began teaching at Cherokee Christian in 2004 and has taught chemistry, physics, biology, human anatomy and STEM classes. Before teaching at CCS, Mark managed an advanced materials development group and a small research facility for Kimberly-Clark, where he held a variety of engineering and management positions.
Mark and his wife Briane are members of Cherokee Presbyterian Church, and Mark’s hobbies include woodworking and cycling. All three of Mark’s children graduated from Cherokee Christian middle-school prior to the opening of our high school. Mark has a BS in Chemistry from Furman, and MS in Chemical Engineering from Clemson.
