Pre-K – 6th Grade

Morning Carpool

  • Primary School carpool begins at 8:00 AM and ends at 8:25 AM.
  • All students must wait for an adult to open the car door or give directions to get out of the car.
  • If you only have PreK-6th grade student(s), use either lane 2 or lane 3 as pictured below.
  • If you have a combination of PreK-6th and 7th-12th grade students, enter lane 1 to drop off your Pre-K-6th student first, then proceed to Secondary School.

Afternoon Carpool

  • Primary School Carpool begins at 3:05 PM and ends at 3:30 PM.
  • Display your GREEN carpool tags. Personnel will scan your tag to call your student.
  • If you are picking up both Primary and Secondary School students, please do not arrive before 3:15 PM.
  • If you only have PreK-6th grade student(s), use either lane 2 or lane 3 as pictured below.
  • If you have a combination of PreK-6th and 7th-12th grade students, enter lane 1 to pick up your PreK-6th student first, then proceed to Secondary School.
  • Students will be escorted to their cars.

    Secondary School

    7th – 12th Grade

    Morning Dropoff

    There is not a structured carpool for Secondary School students. Instead student are dropped off at the front door of the Secondary School under the awning.

    • Dropoff begins at 7:45 AM and ends at 8:25 AM.
    • If you only have 7th-12th grade students, enter lane 1, then proceed on through to the Secondary School.
    • If you have a combination of PreK-6th and 7th-12th grade students, enter lane 1 to drop off your PreK-6th student first, then proceed to Secondary School.
    • Secondary School students are not permitted in the building before 8:00 AM. If you need to dropoff your student before 8:00 AM, please check them into GrowthCare.
    • All Secondary School students, whether in carpool or driving themselves, must enter via the front doors in the morning.

     

    Afternoon Carpool

    • Begins at 3:30 PM and ends at 4:00 PM.
    • If you are picking up both Primary and Secondary School students, please do not arrive before 3:15 PM.
    • ORANGE Secondary School carpool tags must be displayed.
    • If you only have 7th-12th grade students, enter lane 1, then proceed on through to the Secondary School.
    • If you have a combination of PreK-6th and 7th-12th grade students, enter lane 1 to pick up your PreK-6th student first, then proceed to Secondary School.

    The Secondary School carpool circles the building counterclockwise.

    Carpool Tags

    • Carpool tags are mailed to each family before the start of the school year.
      • Primary School Tags are GREEN for the 2023-24 school year.
      • Secondary School tags are ORANGE for the 2023-24 school year.
    • If you need an additional tag, contact the front office.
    • Please display all of your carpool tags prominently so the QR code can be easily scanned.
